About Todd Ungerecht
Todd grew up in Pasco, Washington, and received his undergraduate and law school degrees from Gonzaga University in Spokane. He has successfully represented individual and small business clients to resolve disputes involving federal and state agencies, real property, landlord tenant issues, family law, insurance defense, collections and other civil litigation and criminal matters. Todd also brings valuable trial and courtroom experience to his clients as a former criminal and civil deputy prosecuting attorney and District Court Judge pro tem.
Todd has more than 20 years of federal policy and political experience. He has served in trusted staff leadership roles in the Northwest and Washington, DC, including most recently as policy analyst for Idaho's two Governor-appointed Members of the Northwest Power and Conservation Council. Todd also counseled senior congressional staff and Members of Congress on natural resources policies, and ethics rules compliance.
Todd lives in Meridian with his wife and two children. He enjoys running, fishing, home improvement projects and reading historical biographies.
