Helping you and also helping our state and country as a whole are Todd's main goals as an attorney.  He has worked hard to get the vast legal knowledge and experience he has and wants to put that to work to do as much good with it as possible.

He is the principal owner of TU Consulting LLC.  For over 25 years, he has served in trusted staff leadership roles in the Northwest and in Washington, DC, including, most recently, serving as Policy Analyst for Idaho's two Governor-appointed Members of the Northwest Power and Conservation Council.

Todd's Government Relations Experience

  • Majority Deputy Staff Director and Senior Counsel under two Chairmen of the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources (Chairman Rob Bishop (UT) and Chairman Doc Hastings (WA))
  • Counsel to the Ranking Member of the U.S. House Ethics Committee, where he held a top secret security clearance
  • Senior Advisor to the Northwest Region National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) during the Bush Administration
  • Legislative Director to C.L. "Butch" Otter in the U.S. House of Representatives
